Due to the severe weather conditions prevailing across the country, nearly 1000 people are currently displaced in the Ruwanwella Division. The following items are urgently needed for our own people who are in such distress.

- Dry food items

(rice, lentils, potatoes, green onions, fish, soymeat, coconut oil, garlic, salt packets, chili powder, turmeric powder, sugar, tea leaves, etc.)

- Water bottles (5L/20 L)

- Women's underwear

- Children's Pampers - Medium / Large

- Lunch sheets / Newspaper (to prepare rice parcels)

In addition, the following items are also needed, although not urgently:

- Medicines

- Towels

- Milk powder (infant and adult)

- Biscuits

- Sanitary napkins

- Soap

- Toiletries

- Candles / Matches

- Men's and women's clothing

- Mats / Pillows
